Why is your gold jewellery available much cheaper than on the High Street?

We sell our jewellery with much less profit than most High Street jewellery shops who mark their goods up by up 400%.

What is your delivery?

We aim to dispatch your delivery (which is made to order) within 11 days of payment of order and receiving full details of your requirements, ie size of ring.

What does clarity mean in relation to the diamond?

Clarity means how clear the diamond is.  Please check out diamond information centre for the full information.

How is my jewellery dispatched?

We dispatch jewellery by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

How is my jewellery packed?

If you have chosen any gold jewellery, you will receive it in a beautiful wooden gift box.  Our fashion jewellery comes in either a display box or organza bag.

How big will my diamond be?

This will depend on the size carat diamond you order.  The carat size will affect the price you pay. Please check out diamond information centre for more information.

Does my diamond have a certificate?

This depends on the piece of jewellery you purchase.  Some of our diamonds have GAI, EFL certificates, others have IDL certificates and others have an appraisal provided by our company.
